Hello My Friends,
“My mission is to help Leduc become the best city in the world. The best way, for me, to do that is to help people to live a life that leaves them whole and complete, in whatever way that is for them. I am here to help and to serve you as a Realtor, Real Estate Investment Advisor, and or Financial Life Professional. I believe that all dreams can come true, we just need to work together to achieve them. Please don’t hesitate to reach out! Together we can create anything.”

I hope that everyone is doing well and thank you for tuning in to the newsletter again. This week has seen an upswing in the market for buyers so it is nice to see that homeowners are still taking control of their futures. I attended one forecasting event, from RBC, where they mentioned that they do not forecast interest rates going up at all for 2023. They are expecting them to stabilize and then drop in 2024. They are calling for a recession for the first half of the year, which is what a recession is. A recession is 2 contracting quarters of GDP. But again, job losses in one area might not be job losses in another. We have many jobs in our region and pay attention to links in upcoming newsletters where we will share Alberta’s plan for jobs.
